Curtis, note that artist/photographer Robert Michaels has selected a number of these fine portrait images taken in the early 20th century to enhance and manipulate with contemporary backgrounds with reliance on a variety of modern rendering techniques to artistically bring them into the 21st century. In doing so, in addition to breathing new life into these selected images, Robert has also deliberately attempted to maintain the integrity and respect for the original photographs that he has skillfully re-rendered.
